Beschrijving
This book contains the secret files of Project Happiness, a government campaign endorsed by the Queen. It created a product called JOY™ and a strange regime known as the Joy Police. The project was funded by Cecil Von Wittershaw, a British aristocrat who believed happiness could be a great investment. The system worked, and everyone smiled on schedule. Then it did not.
What follows is the official record of how it all got out of hand.
All sadness has been suspended.
